POV: In a sea of internet people who read 100s of books per year, you have finally stumbled upon me, who recently forced myself to read 50 books over the past two years.
Don’t get me wrong, 50 books in one year is still a lot! I’m giving myself a pat on the back as we speak. But as I was asked to input a new Goodreads challenge for 2021, I decided to lower my standards by a lot, and I went for it.
I only signed up to read 25 books this year.
Hello, friends. 😌 It’s been a while. Have you figured out your TBR for the rest of the year?
That’s a really strange thing to say. The rest of the year? We’re almost at the end of 2020? Impossible.
I’m not entirely sure if I will have time to read all of these by December, but I can certainly dream.
I’m very bad at making TBR lists, but please accept this attempt at doing so. I’m trying my best. 😌 (But there are almost 20 books on this list and I need some serious help.)
I’m writing this TBR post as a list of books I might try to purchase (even through I’m supposed to be on a book ban 😅) or obtain in any other way. I also wanted to share this list because it’s particularly filled with books by Black, POC, and LGBTQ+ authors!
I'm joining the #Pondathon from the bloggers at The Quiet Pond! Here is my sign up post, my character, and my TBR for the readathon!
Hey, friends. How’s it going? Once again, I have been caught in a Reading Slump. So I’m good, thanks for asking.
