Well, friends... I did it. The Readathon is complete! I had a lot of fun yesterday, and it was one of my most relaxing 24-Hour Readathons so far! (read: I didn't fall asleep in any of my books!)
If you’re reading this, I’m officially done with my school semester, and it’s summer break… and we all know what that means! Time for my 2nd Annual Summer 24-Hour Readathon!
I know whenever we think of story-ruining adaptations, we probably have flashbacks to the poor, disgraced nature-bending boys of 2010. *thinks sadly about the Percy Jackson and Avatar: The Last Airbender fandoms* After 7 MONTHS of creation... here it is. My longest, most detailed, most anticipated post. 😌
When I was younger, I reread books all the time! It was easy, and honestly, I didn’t know just how many other options there were out there. I loved the books I already owned, and I just kept reading them over and over again, no shame at all. I would just pick one of my faves up and simply reread it, with no worries about the impending doom of my TBR. Nowadays, my TBR is suffering because I just have so many things I want to read next. Rereads seem like they would be a waste of time, but you know what? They’re not. This is my blog and you can’t tell me what to do.
Hello, hello! Long time, no see, everyone! I hope everyone is doing okay! I know this time has really effected us in so many different ways. (I mean, it really just made me slower to finish everything… and of course, I just realized that I’ve been basically doing the same thing here as always… only posting one post per month for the past 8 months or so… but I promise, I’m trying to get better at that.) Without any more hesitation, let me tell you a little bit about what I’ve been up to while I was gone!
